MARIE MCENTEE
Senior Paralegal
Marie is the Senior Paralegal and coordinates all aspects of the closing process. She has been a real estate paralegal for over 22 years, specializing in Bank/settlement agent work. The firm is approved to close for multiple lenders and Marie is responsible for CD balancing, title review and funding approval. Marie holds a B.S. degree in Legal Studies from Mercy College and graduated from Touro Law Center. In addition to purchases and refinances, Marie has extensive experience with co-op properties and NY CEMA transactions.
