Since 1994, Kevin B. Faga, Esq. has been actively engaged in criminal defense representation, including RICO actions and assorted felonies, misdemeanors and administrative violations. He also represents clients in both litigated and transactional matters, involving residential and commercial real estate, matrimonial/family law and general business.
Mr. Faga regularly practices in Federal, State and local courts, as well as administrative tribunals, and is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
A lifelong resident of Westchester County, he graduated from Iona Grammar School and Iona Preparatory School, before attending New York University Stern School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, in the dual majors of Finance and International Business. In 1993, he graduated from Pace University School of Law, with a Juris Doctor. A community minded father of two, Mr. Faga helped co-found two 501(c)(3) charitable organizations; STOP Crimes Against Children and Real Estate Professionals of Italian American Heritage (REPIAH), for which he serves on the Board of Directors. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Happy Tales Animal Sanctuary for over a decade.
Additionally, since 2006, he has served as Legal Advisor to Hispanics Across America, The New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers, The Bodega Association of the United States and The Upper Manhattan Restaurant and Lounge Association.
